1. Exchange Window: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
2. Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
3. Eligible Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defective/damaged items, subject to availability.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
5. Store Credit Option: If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued, valid for future purchases.
6. Shipping Charges: Customers may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
7. Inspection & Approval: All returned items will undergo quality inspection, and exchanges will be processed only after approval.
